The Appalachian State College Republicans is an organization that operates out of Appalachian State University in Boone. They are a subsidiary of the North Carolina Federation of College Republicans. Membership is open to all students enrolled at Appalachian State University. The Appalachian State College Republicans hosts a variety of on-campus events and socials, as well as volunteer efforts in Republican races.

The Watauga County Republican Women's Club is an organization that increases the effectiveness of Republican women via political participation here in Watauga County. They usually meet on the last Wednesday of every month. The High Country Young Republicans is a Young Republicans chapter that operates within the High Country. Membership is open to any Republican, ages 18-40, that is registered in either Ashe, Avery, Watauga or Wilkes counties.
