Our New Headquarters Is Taking Shape!

Exciting things are happening! The Watauga GOP Headquarters is coming together, and we're looking forward to opening our doors as a welcoming home for conservatives—a place to promote our values, support our candidates, and engage with our community.

Our new location couldn't be better. Situated near the Appalachian State University campus, it provides an outstanding opportunity to connect with students, encourage civic engagement, and share the principles of limited government, individual liberty, and responsible leadership with the next generation

Transforming a building that sat vacant for more than a year after the Red Onion restaurant closed has been no small task. From restoring water and electrical service to cleaning and preparing the space, countless hours of volunteer labor have gone into making our headquarters ready for action.

A very special thank you goes to Tim Wilson and his son, Ryland, who generously donated their time, expertise, and materials to repair the building's broken plumbing and restore working bathrooms—all at no cost to the Watauga GOP. Their willingness to serve exemplifies the volunteer spirit that makes our party strong.

We also extend our sincere appreciation to Tom Sofield and Heather Jones for once again making this outstanding location available to the Watauga GOP at no cost. Their generosity allows us to invest more of our resources into supporting Republican candidates and reaching voters throughout Watauga County
